This two-part introductory webinar provides an overview of character strengths topics and themes. It is designed for any individual interested in weaving character strengths into their life or supporting others in doing so. This webinar is perfect for anyone who is beginning to explore character strengths and interested in understanding the fundamentals necessary to build a strengths based life.   

Dr. Ryan Niemiec guides you through key character strengths topic areas and provides you with information, practical examples, graphs, handouts, and research-based applications to help individuals achieve the benefits of exercising their character strengths. You will be able to apply these lessons to your own life to maximize your potential or use the strengths applications to help others with their aspirations. In either case, this webinar will give you the knowledge you need to get started.

The webinar will be presented in two sessions.
